FSX-SE FSX Steam: Reinstalling second time.

After complete uninstall of fsx steam, for a reinstall second time, will it download all 10 gb files again?

At least most of them.

I suggest you initially deselect the DLC areas and download them later once you are running,

Thanks for your reply. I am completely new to fsx steam. 

1. What are DLC areas? How to deselect them?

2. Will I have to deselect them before uninstall?
