Is there a document on how to install evo 2018?  I was wondering what the correct procedure is?  Do I need 2016/2017 installed first?

Sorry for the late response, I didn't get a notification somehow. No, you don't need a previous installation to install Evo2018. Just drop the files into the fs9 directories indicated by the zip name and overwrite (after backing up those directories of course). There is also an installation document in the root Evo2015 directory, I'll transfer it to the Evo2018 directory.
