July 29, 20187 yr Dear all I needed to format my computer due to issues in performance (probably virus), and so, all my prepar3d. After reinstall windows and P3D, I tried again reinstall my pmdg planes for P3Dv4 (747 and 777), but during the installation of both I have the same error (Installation Failure at AnchorService x64 Install. Unable to complete installation), and then, when I select the plane on P3D, I got another message (Initialization of license library failed..) Could you guys help me? Best regards
July 29, 20187 yr I recommend that any issue with license errors be documented on a trouble ticket at PMDG Product Support. Note that the support accounts are not the same as the sales accounts, you will need to create a support account unless you have already done so.
