Sorry- but I am not very good on the computer.... and have managed to not be able to install my purchase of Chase Plane the Precip.

  • My purchase went thru and I received a purchase serial number.
  • I tried to "install the installer" into my D Drive, where my Prepar3DV4 is located.
  • The installer successfully was added to the D drive but does not open.  When I look at the instructions for how to download... the icon looks to be bright in color... like it did not install. 
  • I went to the Programs file to see if I could open the installer. I opened it. I clicked the box for P3D only....on Drive D
  • When asked to enter my serial number I entered the purchase number I received. There is no response.
  • Here I am... 😭 Looks like I made it difficult.
  • Appreciate any help.

Have you tried activating your products in your account on the website directly?
