Yesterday, I installed a freeware weather engine for my Flight Simulator X called FSXWX.  It required FSUIPC4 in order to work properly.  After installing FSUIPC4, I noticed that my flight simulator was automatically changing from cockpit view to spot plane/tower view every 5-10 minutes, without my pressing any buttons on my keyboard or Logitech Joystick.  I have posted a copy of the FSUIPC4 configuration file and my FSX config below.
