I have to reactivate my js 4100 and can not log into support page as i can not remember my login for that page and there is no option to rest pw please let mew know how to reset password for support page.

Submitting a ticket at https://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/ would probably be your best bet to get the support you need.

We are aware that there is no password reminder for the support. For now the best solution is to to use an alternate email to open a new account. for the support. If this is not possible sent me a PM here in Avsim and will advise.
