The beauty of California's Central Valley and the Sierras

I love the route from Frisco to Las Vegas, so many different types of scenery, from the ocean, the bay, the farmland, snowcapped peaks and desert.  My favorite frequent flyer story, I was assigned to a client, a Holiday Inn on the strip, in Vegas, flew there from SFO in the morning on Southwest airlines.  I always checked my voicemail on landing, and found I had an urgent message.  It was my boss, saying "Do not go to the client, they have to postpone, fly home!"  My office travel agent booked the return flight, same jet I flew in on, and I went downstairs, grabbed my luggage, then checked in for the flight home.  I wanted to stay but my boss wanted me to go to another client elsewhere in the states since my schedule was freed up.  I played (and won a little from) the one armed bandits in the airport, then boarded the 737 for the flight home where the startled and laughing flight attendants said "you again, what happened?"  I said "long story....."  They gave me extra attention on the flight home, kindhearted souls!

Wow, talk about a quick turnaround! And again a story to give your shots a bit of a "value-added" quality.
