August 18, 20187 yr Studying the documentation for vPIlot I see mention of a SimObjects.cfg file. I don't have this file in my computer. What is this file and how do I download or create it in my computer ? vPilot seems to work OK without it. Dave Hinson David Hinson
August 18, 20187 yr P3d uses a Simobjects.cfg. If you don't use P3d, then you won't have one. If you do use P3d, it is located in your C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D vX folder. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
August 19, 20187 yr Author Thanks - forgot to mention I use FSX - so I shouldn't have this file. I do see something similar as part of my fsx.cfg file. Dave David Hinson
August 19, 20187 yr Yes, that's correct. In FSX the simobjects entries were included in the FSX.cfg. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
