Program Pin Error

Hello everybody,

I recieved a program PIN error as I tried to enter an Arrival (never ever had that issue before). Tried to reload everything, no change. New flight, nothing changes.

Are there any suggestions on how to get everything working again?

PIN errors are rare and only come up here about once or twice a year.  You stated you were entering an arrival but the picture shows the CDU on the progress page.  Please describe the exact steps and button pushes that got to the error.  Did you select an approach then arrival or just an arrival? Are you using a current Navigraph or Aerosoft navdata? New flight and nothing changes does that mean you still have the error after exiting the simulator and restarting the simulator and loading the flight?
