Hello, today when i prepared my flight plan from LTBA to UUDD and entered every thing in the FMC and all thing was ok and when i'm in the T/D i open the FMC to chose the arrivals plan there was not any runways to chose from or stars or anything there just NONE can you please help me with this issue

Close your simulator. Find the file \PMDG\navdata\ARPT_RWY.dat and delete it.  Next time you start the 777 (or 747) it will rebuild that file, check your UUDD again.
