It is possible to change the e-mail adress from the PMDG Store?

 

I no longer use the e-mail used to buy the PMDG products. When i was on site to Log ON, they changed the "schematics" of log in and sent me a link to reset the password. But i do not use that e-mail anymore (it was not a free e-mail, was 8 us dollars per month) and i can't reset the password to log in and download again my aircrafts for backup.

it‘s best to create a support account (you can use your new email address) and tell the support guys what you need and they will help you get it sorted. This is a user-to-user forum and we can‘t do anything regarding your accounts 🙂
