Hello, im using MSI Laptop GL62M 7REX and i want to buy two monitors. My question is:

1. If i buy different resolution from my Laptop, is it ok? and what resolution will i get after combining them? ex: I have 2 1366x768 Monitor , and my laptop is 1920x1080. 

2. Are laptop monitor size 16inch will be the same as 16inch monitor lcd/led?
