P2ATC Changes Mic Volume on PTT

I Have a senstive mic (Rift VR Headset) so the volume must remain on about 50 for P2ATC to pickup my voice without being garbel. 
In windows 10 I set it to the desired level.

However when I press PTT in P2ATC it moves the volume back up to 100 every time. Even though I have unchecked Allow applications to take control of this device.

I can't see any options for this in P2ATC config...

Check the Headset Microphone volume level in Windows Speech setup.  It may be overriding the general level setting.

Also, if Win 10 detects you are using a Headset, check the Headset Playback Properties.

Control Panel-> Sound -> Playback Tab ->Headphone Properties

There will be settings for the overall Audio output at the top, and then separate settings for:

Microphone, Front Pink In, Line In, and Front Green In.
