September 5, 20187 yr Good morning, I'm having a problem trying to update the NGX. When I launch Operations Centre, I get a notification stating that there's an update available. However when I try to install the update, it immediately says 'Download Complete', a command prompt appears and quickly scrolls some text and then it says 'You have no more notifications'. However, when I restart Operations Centre, it still says that an update is available. When I check the version history, it says that I currently have version V1.20.8465 installed and that the available version is 1.20.8885. I've run the Operations Centre Updater, but it says that the program is up to date. Any help much appreciated. Best Regards, Martin Neep Martin Neep
September 5, 20187 yr Author I should add that I've tried the following... Allowed OC in windows firewall. Checked that the program is run as an administrator. Reinstalled the entire base package from my eCommerce account. Thanks again, Martin Neep Martin Neep
