No flight control response to joystick

Recommended Posts

A bit unusual this one. I haven't flown the 777 for a while so I did the update and then loaded up.

I am not getting any flight control response. Everything is mapped via FSUIPC and works for all other add on aircraft. FSUIPC registers the joystick movement.

The buttons on the JS work fine. I have deleted and rebuilt the FSUIPC cfg. FSUIPC axis calibration shows working fine as does the FSUIPC console log.

Product is activated.

Windows 7
P3D4.3
Logitec extreme 3D pro JS

I presume you have pressurized the hydraulics. Try removing the FSUIPC calibration and use the native P3D one and see if this makes any difference,

Not weird at all. FSUIPC.ini some times get corrupted and causes such issues

Mmmm no it is weird and for 2 reasons.

1. I deleted the FSUIPC cfg previously and it made no difference but did the second time.

2. The fact that the FSUIPC cfg can even get corrupted on such a regular basis. I don’t see other cfg files getting corrupted so regularly.

Anyway it is sorted...for now.
