September 21, 20187 yr Commercial Member No. Pilot2ATC is built around the Microsoft Desktop SAPI 5 voices and the Microsoft Speech Recognition Engine. No external voice programs are needed or will work with it. You do not even start the Microsoft Speech Recognition Engine when using Pilot2ATC. Dave
