I know some of their airports ar no longer available as atleast one of their developers left and took the rights away for them to sell them. Don't expect support from their forums, as they appear to have been abandoned, and it's a free for all there now!

There's a file here named KMCO.zip that adds runway enhancements and a few other things to the default scenery. Hope this helps. BW
