Well, you have a modified texture or settings that are causing this crash.  There is no other known fix for this problem (or at least I have not seen any other solutions).  Did you delete the shaders, scenery indexes, and facilities directories - page 26, AVSIM CTD Guide.

I have adjusted many of my settings to suit the add-ons I have installed
