Good Day,

I purchased the PMDG 747-400 QOTSII Base Package P3D in June 2018. I then downloaded the aircraft and has been working fine. Today I purchased the 747-800 and since I have to update the base package, I must download it from PMDG. But I couldn't find the 747-400 in my account!

This is a user forum.  Also, without your full name a PMDG representative that might be visiting would not be able to assist without answer and question.

Go to PMDG Product Support and submit a trouble ticket with your problem description. Support accounts are different from sales accounts so you may have to create a new account to open a ticket.
