I thought it better to start this topic with a more appropriate title ..... given its "interesting" consequences. Now I can't recall similar issues with previous V7's but it seems if one nominates an enroute hold in FlightPlan Extras, there is likely to be this problem. For now, given early days with V742, I have only identified the issue happens on a KSFO to KSEA routeing via the (nominated hold) BTG (HAWKZ star transition) ...... It maybe that normal descent on that route would begin before BTG & hence it may not meet V742 criteria as an enroute hold (but I'll do further options / different routes to see whatever, with & without holds). Be good to hear from others of similar ..... ie "FATAL ERROR" on handover to departure & shown as an Exception in the log. for now, cheers john martin
