Hey whats up guys i just bought the 747 queens of the skies and the -8 expansion, you all know how expensive it is. So i bought those two on my ipad but for some reason i cannot access the pmdg website or even activate the software on my computer.

When i try going on the pmdg webstie it says 

This site can’t be reached

www.precisionmanuals.com refused to connect.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

 

However  the site works on every other computer in my house. So i downloaded the software on another pc put it on a usb and installed on my pc but when i try to activate it says ERROR UNABLE TO CONNECT TO ACTIVATION SERVER.  i tried everything from disabling my firewall windows defender anti virus. I watched about 10 youtube vids and its still not working. If anyone knows how to fix this please help because a brother doesnt want his money to go to waste lol. Thanks in advance lads

If you can connect to PMDG’s website on every computer in your house but your flight sim computer, you should open a support ticket with PMDG at https://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/

You’ll need to register on the page linked above, and having done so, you will be able to submit a support request. 

There is a very specific reason why you are likely having this issue. You will probably want to deal directly (and privately) with PMDG to resolve this, rather than asking here in the public forum.

Concerning iPad, check that there‘s no content blocker active in Safari. I can‘t access PMDG either on the iPhone with it enabled for whatever reason. 

But honestly, that has nothing to do with the price.

however, for activation issues you should submit a support ticket... support.precisionmanuals.com

ideally with a working computer 😉 

you‘ll need to register a support account which is separate from your commercial account.
