How to download Radar Contact

I am not sure where to post this, so I am going to post it here.  

 

Radar Contact, purchased for 44.00 from the jdtlc.com website.  Had a catastrophic Hard drive failure.  Now I need to find a place to download the product.  So, I searched the forums and found that sending an email to jd(at)jdtlc.com and he will help you out.  So I did, waited 3 or 4 days, no reply.  So I added help(at)jdtlc.com to the email and sent it again.  So far I am being ignored.

What does one have to do to get the attention of the developer?

If you sent it to the address in your post, no wonder.  It is jdtllc, not jdtlc
