November 5, 20187 yr I'm having problems with Prepar3d v4 and need to do a clean install. Can you provide me with the method to deactivate PMDG 737/777 so that when I reinstall P3Dv4 I will not have a problem reinstalling the PMDG product. Thanks. Robert Catherall

The instructions are contained in the Intro Manual (bottom of page 15) that comes with those products (<sim root>\PMDG\<product>\Flight Manuals), which I would strongly suggest reading. To save a bit of time, though, if you cannot get P3Dv4 open, then it's a moot point, as you need to be able to load into the sim in order to return the license. Kyle Rodgers
