Hello, im using ASP4 and planning to use HDE v2.1 clouds. is it compatible? does performance will affect my fps?  im using i7 4750HQ with GTX980m 4gb

Apologies for the late reply. Have you installed the HDE v2.1 textures?  Best bet would be to verify with the author of the freeware package.
