Question about "Expect Approach"

I'm really enjoying this addon, but have been having trouble getting approaches to work due to the way that the program expects them to be flown.

When you file a flight plan, you file A -> (sids, stars, ect) -> B.  The flight plan terminates at the final airport, and the actual approach is never mentioned.  When in the air and approaching the destination airport, pilot2atc says "Expect the ** approach with the ** transition", which in RW tells the pilot to look over the charts, frequencies, etc, but does not change that the aircraft is still flying directly to the airport at the end of the flight plan or star.  What it implies is that vectors will issued to intercept the approach when the aircraft is closer.  Pilot2atc, however, treats the "Expect" line as an actual change of flightpath, and expects you to turn directly to the IAF.  Is there a way to correct this?t

Also, as a side question, can the program default to provide vectors for approaches, instead of sending you through the full approach?  It feels strange having to fly approaches that would typically be vectored in, although the ability to request full approach would also be welcome

Thanks,

Paul

I will have a look at this.  There may be some improvements that can be made, especially when not flying a STAR.

No, the program gives vectors when it is warranted based on angle of intercept, transition, etc.  These rules might get tweaked, and getting vectors is now quite common, but not the default for all approaches.
