December 29, 20187 yr When I try to log in it says the system has changed and it will mail me a link to set a new password, however that email never arrives, I have tried it 4 times today. Same thing goes with retrieving my previous orders email, nothing arrives. John Skibo

The first suggestion would be to try a different browser, but if that doesn't work, create a support account at support.precisionmanuals.com (different from your store account, partially for cases like this), and we'll walk you through a manual reset.
