Questions about 747-8i strobe lights

Hello.

Thanks for amazing update!

But I have some questions.

1. Please refer to below youtube link. As you can see , Strobe Lights flashes with different timing(wing and tail strobe lights)

Is it normal?

2. Can I reduce on-time of wing strobe light? Just question. 

3. Sometimes Beacon light no flashing. Is this PC performance problem?

Taking your questions in order:

1) Yes, this is correct behavior.

2) No- this is correct behavior too.

3) This will occasionally happen if a flashing light gets into phase with your screen refresh rate.  Not much can be done to prevent it.  You will sometimes see his on television when watching video of airplanes taken at a lower refresh rate also.
