It's an old problem on PMDG 747's. When I shift from VC full view to locked external full view. The engine sound takes time to follow.. In airports before engine start shifting views are no problem. 

But in air one part of the sound is there. fans etc which in PMDG planes still are playing in external view though deselected. But while waiting for the engine sound to catch up... CTD.
