livery and fmc problems

with the 400 v4 everything works with original liveries with the default panel but if you install from the site pmdg a livery es livrea KLM I can not set the v1 vr v2 on the fmc tried to re-establish without succes

Liveries do not come with panel states, only the options might be set to mimic the operator.  If you cannot set V speeds, this could be any number of things.  Incomplete preflight, particularly the PERF page, and IRS not aligned are common problems.
