I apologize if this has been answered previously. However, I have spent the last 4 hrs looking for it. 

Problem: After installing liveries I am unable to load the correct fuel load in the FMC. ie: if I need 36K lbs the FMC will only allow 20K lbs to be loaded.  This problem has been occurring with the 737NGX and 747. I have been flying these models for about 8 years and have recently had this problem occur.  The only solution I can come up with is to delete the liveries and fly the default livery.

Check your display options to see if the livery you selected is using KGs.... 20,000 kgs is more than twice 20,000 lbs.

That was it,  simple fix .  Thanks for your help Dan
