January 29, 20197 yr Hi, Just went through some photos of real 747-8 driver, one of them that had my attention the pilot was about to take off with 418.100 kgs Gross Weight, Fuel 111.000 Kgs with that heavy he was able to take off with D-TO 1 that makes me wonder how. Cuz I tried the same scenario within the EFB Perf PMDG 747-8, it told me "no way" for D-TO 1 only D-TO available The pilot took off runway 07 at VHHH OAT : 25°C with D-TO1 + 35°C link : https://www.instagram.com/p/Brc_xzngfPg/ So I have a question here whether there is any difference with the Perf calculation between real life and simulator ? Second question : why sometimes before take off and landing, the NON NORMAL CHECKLIST warning pops up but then when I check the check list there is nothing wrong 🙄 https://ibb.co/DbFh4J4 here is a photo I took just before taking off. Thanks Edited January 29, 20197 yr by hkhoanguyen

Minor variations, perhaps. There is more to perf calculation than what you've provided, though. Additionally, I'm unsure of the values you provided to the EFB. 35 minutes ago, hkhoanguyen said: Second question : why sometimes before take off and landing, the NON NORMAL CHECKLIST warning pops up but then when I check the check list there is nothing wrong 🙄 https://ibb.co/DbFh4J4 here is a photo I took just before taking off. Always pay attention to what you're looking at. Your picture isn't NON NORMAL CHECKLIST. It's CHKL INCOMPLETE NORM. It's telling you to finish your checklist on the CHKL page. Kyle Rodgers
