Parking Breake Engage When Using Rudder Pedals

I have the CH USB Pedals and when ever I use them for the rudder the parking brake engages. I have the steam edition of FSX. Any idea why this is happening?

Hi!  W6KD had a great explanation in this topic about controller settings being changed.  Might be worth a read-through.

Thanks for the link ... but I have check the assignments and there are no conflicts ... maybe it is some kind of glitch in the config?
