Majestics D8H locked view issue in VR

Featured Replies

Hello Forum,

when flying the D8H in VR I have the issue that it shows me two layers of screens in the "MJC84 Virtual cockpit"- view (see screenshot) which destroys the whole immersion. Now in the past I was always able to switch to the "Virtual cockpit" view and this problem was gone. But since a half year now, for some reasons when I choose "Virtual cockpit" it automatically switches to "MJC84 Virtual cockpit" view.

Also I have this two layers only on ground and it disapears when flying. Furtermore I have the same issue in the PMDG 737 and Aerosoft Airbus but with these I just switch over to "Virtual cockpit"- view with no issue.

I already asked for help at the Majestic Forum but never got any response...so thats why I ask here now.

I am using P3Dv4.4, FlyInside and the Oculus Rift

i'm using the p3dv4 native vr and don't see any issue with the q400 'mjc84 vc' view.

i'd say try it with native vr instead of flyinside.  you can also delete the 'mjc84 vc' view from aircraft.cfg and see if it uses the vc view as a fallback.

Thank you so much ...at the moment this solved it.
