I recently downloaded the Embraer EMB-175 addon pkg for FSX. The modeling was done by AI Aardvark. Have been wanting the E-175 for quite a while, so was looking forward to this. Am having an issue however. I cannot get the a/c to climb properly. All flight instruments are set as normal (airspeed, Alt., flaps, probes, etc.), and A/P and A/T are engaged. Unfortunately, once the climb starts, even with 200 kts and a 1200'/min. vertical speed set, the airspeed continues to drop automatically all the way down to below 130 Kts till the a/c begins to stall. I have yet to it above 200 Kts.

I've tried different weights & trim settings, but nothing helps.

Any ideas?

Yeah, step on the gas pedal!  AT should be set for 250kts IAS just after takeoff and climb to 10,000 feet.  After that, each step you should increase the speed and lower the VS slightly.  By 16-18K feet, you should be at 275-285Knots IAS.

Let's see if I can put this gently........Nah!  It works just fine.  I downloaded the 175 and put in the sound from the 190.  I had to make 1 minor change to the autothrottle arming and flew from Sea-Tac to KSFO climbing to flt360 with no sweat, no problem.
