another FF767 question

Hi,

All I've another question regarding the FF767 this time regarding the charts in the efb.

I have a navigraph subscription and I have tried putting my details in the options part of the efb but had no success I have tried my user name and password for navigraph and tried using my email address and password but it seems the efb does not like @ or .

I'm now stumped,any ideas what I might be doing wrong

Do you have the Navigraph charts subscription? It won't work without a specific subscription to the Navigraph Jeppesen charts, not FMS data.
