I have ridden Sky Train, taking the light rail from Central Ave and Camelback to Sky Harbor airport, then the Sky Train just for the enjoyment of riding the rails and the great plane watching the train provides.  Although Phoenix does not have an observation deck for the airport, the top floor of the terminal four parking garage offers a great view of landing and departing flights, and airport activity, and is worth a trip for local jet and airport watchers...

What a truly innovative  and efficient transportation system that the city of Phoenix invested in and created for their airport!  I bet a lot of other U.S.city governments must be envious...
