Problems with FrankfurtMega airport

I am not sure if this is the right forum for my question/problem.

After purchasing and installing FrankfurtMegaAirport ( from aerosoft ) I cannot run FSX anymore,getting the following error

message: ( I also use GSX )

couatl v3.2 (build 4061)
panic log started on Fri Apr  5 10:13:24 2019

problem raised by engine or unspecified addon

Added GSX user Jetway n.1 for Gate A 25

I wonder if any of you are using FrankfurtMegaAirport and what the results are.
