Hello Bob, that is probably a conflict with an add-on.xml I suggest that you update to the latest version b06. then create a backup of your config files on the tab "Backup/Restore" Now turn on auto layering if it isn't active already Move each of the offending sceneries up one step and down again. Check if the layers are correct in the list before saving I have this too from time to time, but moving the sceneries around with the up/down buttons usually fixes it.
