Cannot see other IVAO aircraft

I just started flying IVAO. However, I cannot see any other aircraft. Please help?!

Yes I just found that out myself today apparently something to do with the MTL planes  not being compatible .. several forums on it  I am thinking P3DV4 is not that great  they keep changing things in P3D move thing around so nothing is the same and not able to fly the sircraft we used to in V2.5 or V3 anymore Not making it better just making it more difficult .

Hope Microsoft's new flight simulator takes all these things into account .
