I did once move a FSX installation on a friend’s PC which then meant editing every reference in the Registry changing the old path to the new one. Whilst it took the best part of an hour it was certainly a lot quicker than uninstalling and reinstalling everything. Keep that in mind should you have the time, patience and skill. Whilst I have bought the full version of FSUIPC5 there is a freeware one that will work with P3D v4. You can get it here. https://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html Thanks Ray. Also an honest question, but what are your thoughts on PF3 (Pro Flight 3)? I’m reading up on this ATC program that is compatible with P3Dv4 out of the box and it seems like a modern version of RC to be honest. Reading through the specs, it covers most of everything that RC has to offer. So why aren’t many folks talking about PF3? It seems like it should be a hit with everything it has listed but maybe y’all know something I don’t. If I can’t quite get it together with RC maybe PF3 is my best bet? May 11, 20197 yr Moderator I'm sorry but for obvious reasons I haven't tried other ATC programs. RC4 gives me all I need. But search the P3D forum for "ATC" and you'll find lots of discussion about the various ones on offer and the merits of each. Ray (Cheshire, England).
