Radios don't work

Recommended Posts

The radios in the Dornier don't seem to be working. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Thanks.

Welcome to the AVSIM hosted Carenado support forum!  I doubt that Carenado would put in a non-working radio.  Maybe the battery is connected backwards so the lights cast shadows, the radio listens, and the horn sucks??

Actually, do you have the battery or whatever power unit on and the Avionics switch on?

Hi Charliearon, thanks for your reply. I suspect you're right and that there may be some switch I haven't put on. But the radios light up and switch on and off, it's just that they don't work when I alter the frequency. Which is weird because if I call up the ATC window, the voices work OK. I'll root around, see if there's something I haven't pressed!
