OMG! What's all that detritus hanging out in the breeze? All those panels and actuators taking up volume which could have been used for more important stuff - fuel, weapons and avionics perhaps? How quickly can it transition to forward flight I wonder?

Hope that lift fan does better in service than Trent engines - another Rolls Royce product  Losing the lift fan in an F35 is not as good as losing one Trent on an airliner when it comes to failure; the airliner should make it back safely.

Yes the Harrier was subsonic, but it did it in such an elegant manner.
