Two important bugfixes for FSX..

Recommended Posts

Guest

I hope the following couple of things can be fixed in FSX:Bush airports often have a wall of trees close to the end of the runway. Often there is a tree directly in front of the runway making it hard to land properly. Soution: clear out the trees and make a path in front of the runway!Second thing, where the roads meet rivers you know what happens. Solution: make some kind of generic bridges so the road doesn't slope into the river.

Hi,The program ExcBuilder can exclude those trees in your path; easy to do. I don't want them routinely clearing out all the objects in front of the runway, since many airports *have* those obstructions. An MS blogger discussed the bridge problem in his blog - the first attempt at automating bridge placement where roads met rivers was not an unqualified success...Take care,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___

I'd like the framerate issue around the New York area (upper east coast) addressed... :-)
