I just get a black rectangle when I launch,nogauge

can you please post the content of the RXP log files? (see user's manual for file/path)

I cannot find this file anywhere, in addition I am getting error code 11 saying an important file is missing. It is not being blocked by my antivirus. Any help would be appreciated it's one of my favorite addons.

Are you using the genuine Reality XP GTN product or another one similarly named ?

I got the product from flight 1 it has worked fine in the past

@shaktman if you purchase confirmation mentions a genuine Reality XP GTN 750/650 product, you're at the right place. Otherwise, you might want to review your support options with your vendor.

It sounds confusing but F1 is just our e-commerce procurement partner which happens to sell a similarly named product, but it has nothing to do with the genuine Reality XP GTN 750/650 Touch product.

These don't match, our product never shows any error code but writes any event to a log file instead, which you can't find.

That looks like a certificate number. Order numbers are 6 digit numbers.

@shaktman Hi, I can't find this purchase certificate number in our database. This is not a genuine Reality XP product.
