August 1, 20196 yr Quote Another issue I am having is that the settings window is opening behind the X-plane screen for both the GTN and the GNS. I hoped that deleting the GTN plugin might have solved this but alas no. Thanks Jean-Luc. I'll see what I can find. The settings window behind the main window was a windows problem and is an easy regedit fix if any one else has the problem. Edited August 5, 20196 yr by RXP If you can walk away it's a good landing

August 3, 20196 yr Author This is from Microsoft community. 1. Choose Start and then click Run, and type regedit in the Open text box then click OK. 2. Open the key - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop. 3. Now in the registry editor window in the right pane you will find the keys Foreground Flash Count and Foreground Lock timeout. Refer to the below links and check for the default values on your computer. Check if you have the same values as mentioned in the below links - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc957205.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc957208.aspx If the values differ from the default values you may double click the names and change the values. Make sure you make the decimal selection and then change the values. If you can walk away it's a good landing
August 5, 20196 yr Thank you for the solution. Interestingly, on our systems "ForegroundLockTimeout" is 0, whereas the default value is documented as 200000ms.
