What is required for new video cards? (power-wise)

I'm trying to figure out the RTX 20xx cards....what sort of PSU power connector do I actually need?  I've got a Seasonic X750 modular from 2011.  Would this support a RTX 20xx card?  I can't really seem to get a good answer from anywhere.

I see mention of two 8pin connectors....  My current GTX 980 - heck I'm not even sure what that uses LOL

So I pulled the RTX 2070 Super "user guide" and it says one 6pin and one 8pin.

So I need to be sure my PSU has the ones circled in green, correct?  I know I have the 6 pins for sure.

Here is what I've got on my GTX 980 now:

Is this a 6+2 pin AND 8pin?  (EDIT actually looks like 2x 6+2 pins)
