P38 Functions

Featured Replies

HI,  I've tried searching previous post in this Forum without success so perhaps someone can help please.

I have P3Dv4 and the P38, however I'm unable to get the radio to function  (can't change frequency) there is no GPS (I appreciate there wasn't during WWII either:-)  ) and I was wondering if this included aircraft, is just an advert for the MilViz model and is not designed to be fully functional?

The included manual is of little help.

I'm pretty new to P3D although not to Flying or Flight Sim.

Any help, advice or observations appreciated.

Thanks.

HI, from memory, you can get the GPS up with SHIFT+2 or 3 or something like that. As far as I remember radio was working, but that may have been effected by an update? Been a while since I flew that bird.

Hi Djbully,

Thanks for taking the trouble to respond, I'm most grateful. Strangely the radio is selectable tonight with the mouse but I'd tried several times previously without success. I have still to find the GPS - if indeed it has one. I shall persevere :-)

Kind Regards,

Blue
