October 1, 20196 yr Hi ASOBO and Microsoft, I hope you are well, I looked at the FSElite video today on Aerodyamics and Cockpits. I feel there are some things that maybe because of time were missed and I wondered if you could include regards Aerodynamics and environmental impact on the airframe such as Ground Friction how will the different weather situations effect braking and taxi performance? Will the Aircraft skid due to Oil or Icy conditions on the runway? Will it be a fly by numbers approach to the airframe or will it be more physics centred in that the environment has an effect on fuel burn, lift and drag etc.. Just things that would make it more realistic. Blessings Duncan
October 1, 20196 yr Oily runways? This wouldn't be realistic since such a runway would be closed immediately IRL. Edited October 1, 20196 yr by FDEdev
October 1, 20196 yr Author HAHA ok yes FDEdev, not a good example, I wrote that Oil bit in haste. But defo wet surfaces etc.. It seems like it will be exciting for you to develop new dynamics based on 1000 surfaces. Did FSX only have 1 surface?!? No wonder it wasn't great Blessings Duncan
