This is a known issue (see page 37, AVSIM CTD Guide) if you loaded the PMDG 737.

PMDG_737NGX_2.dll - Se produit lors de la fermeture ou de la fermeture de FSX et de P3D. Problème connu mais PMDG ne considère pas une priorité élevée car cela n’affecte pas le fonctionnement de la carte SIM. Un correctif sera à venir. Accéder aux paramètres généraux et activer «Invite à la sortie» peut éliminer ce problème jusqu'à ce qu'un correctif soit publié.
