Good day all, after updating to P3D V4.5 the initialization panel no longer appears. It is visible to click the box in the View/Instruments?Vox menu. The indexer and panel set up etc still work .

What type of update did you do? Clean install? Client? The first thing to do is to rerun  the VA Panel Select utility and unselect all aircraft. Then exit the Panel utility, run it again and select the aircraft that you want to use in VOXATC. Then rerun the Indexer utility. That should work. The reason that just running the Panel utility may not work is that the internal user aircraft database that VOXATC has previously stored now does not match the installed set of aircraft in P3d4. Some may have been either added or deleted with the P3d4 update that you did.

If all else fails, you can uninstall and reinstall VOXATC.
